3 things that should be involved here and they are stamping, misting and embossing. So, there you have it.
I've done the misting using Prima mask and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (see the shine?).
For stamping, I have used Kaisercraft to add in the sentiments and finally the Dusty Attic chipboard Fancy Trim, which was heat embossed with a copper embossing powder. I have also spray mist the flowers and they are all Prima's. Add pearls to taste as well as courdroy brads. The photo and the cardstock was distressed with Tim Holtz's vintage photo.
