Quick storage for Receipts - altered box

Hola! Fhew! Finally got this one out! What is this? Well, this is actually a black Cosmo Cricket box, which have been painted, sprayed, stamped, embossed..emm..what else....

I was given an altered art challenge the other day by Scrapbook Memories and so here it is! This is also the first time I'm using my Enamelz by Shimmerz, which I received through the mail last couple of weeks. The circles that you see on the edge of the box were actually stamped on a textured paste. Once dried, I have applied various sprays including the Colour wash by Ranger apart from those from my Tattered Angels collection. Once dried again, I applied versamark just on the circles and sprinkled the Enamelz prior heating.

The word Receipts were actually a die cut foam, which I have glued onto the box and then applied the Versamark. Enamelz was sprinkled onto it and I did that twice this time.

The arrow was actually a grungeboard element by Tim Holtz. It was sprayed, and heat embossed with the Enamelz.

My day job requires me to travel places and I need to keep a lot of receipts for end of the month claim. I don't want to be keeping these in my purse! Purrlease.....i certainly don't mind my purse to be bulky because of ringgit notes but certainly not due to receipts!! lol!

So, this seems to be a quick solution for me for my receipts storage. I just need to tuck it in the box and by end of the month, I can revisit the box to settle my traveling claim! Voila! Hehehe....

Thanks to Scrapbook Memories for giving me the opportunity to create!
